Eleven New York City landmarks have been misplaced, their current location unknown. Photographs of unclear origin appear to show them scattered across the globe – on sand dunes, mud flats, “lunar” plains, and rocky beaches. Misplaced New York – a very interesting project by Anton Repponen.
Two photographers shooting at the same time in two different places in the world. They have to select one shot every 30 minutes, hopefully nice… The storytelling is mainly based on a touch use, but is totally functional for desktop use. Excellent website armed with surprising effects. Great job by Creaktif.
The Grocery Store Project is an online exhibit of 2067 photographs of unsuspecting pedestrians, shot over a period of 159 afternoons from the same spot on a busy sidewalk outside a supermarket in Copenhagen. The photos are divided into 457 sequences, each sequence showing the same person caught on different days. This is quite an interesting project created by Simon Høgsberg. Plus the project’s website has an oldschool »flashy« feel to it.
